Today's Beautiful Hadith is about Leading Prayer


Abu Huraira (RA) reported: The Apostle of Allah (peace be upon him) said: When any one of you leads the people in prayer, he should be brief for among them are the young and the aged, the weak and the sick. But when one of you prays by himself, he may (prolong) as he likes.

(Sahih Muslim, Book 4, Hadith 208)

A reminder that even in prayer we must consider others and when praying alone, remember to be grateful for the ability to even prolong your prayer with ease. Alhamdulillah!

Source: BBC New Malian striker Frederic Kanoute has splashed out more than US$700,000 to buy his own mosque in Spain. The mosque is located in the Spanish city of Seville, where Kaounte plays his club football for Sevilla. Prophet Musa (Moses) Peace be upon him

The Prophet Musa (Moses)suffered terribly from his people and endured much for sake of Allah. Abdullah Ibn Umar narrated: 'One the Prophet Muhammad SAW distributed something among his companions, a man said this distribution has not been done with justice seeking Allah's countenance,i went to the Prophet SAW and told him of what the man said, he became so angry that i saw the signs of anger on his face , then the Prophet Muhammad SAW said: May ALLAH bestow his Mercy on Prophet Musa (Moses)for he was harmed more in worse manner than this yet he endured patiently. The Children of Israel mistreated Prophet Musa (Moses)a lot. His agony was not limited to mutiny, stupidity, chattering ignorance and idolatry it exceeded this and went as far as inflicting personal harm on him.
