Hadith About Night Prayer

Abu Hurairah (RA) narrated that: the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever fasts Ramadan and stands (in the night prayer) for it out of faith and seeking a reward (from Allah), he will be forgiven what preceded of his sins. Whoever stands (in the night prayer) on the Night of Al-Qadr out of faith and seeking a reward (from Allah), he will be forgiven what preceded of his sins." (Jami`at-Tirmidhi, Book 8, Hadith 2)

Hadith About Traveling

Narrated `Aisha (RA): (the wife of the Prophet) Hamza bin `Amr Al-Aslami (RA) asked the Prophet (peace be upon him), "Should I fast while traveling?" The Prophet (peace be upon him) replied, "You may fast if you wish, and you may not fast if you wish." (Sahih al-Bukhari, Book 30, Hadith 50)

Hadith About Ar-Raiyan

Narrated Sahl (RA): The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "There is a gate in Paradise called Ar-Raiyan, and those who observe fasts will enter through it on the Day of Resurrection and none except them will enter through it. It will be said, 'Where are those who used to observe fasts?' They will get up, and none except them will enter through it. After their entry the gate will be closed and nobody will enter through it." (Sahih al-Bukhari, Book 30, Hadith 6)

Hadith About Gate of Rayyan

It was narrated from Sahl bin Sa’d (RA) that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: “In Paradise there is a gate called Rayyan. On the Day of Resurrection the call will go out saying: ‘Where are those who used to fast?’ Whoever is among those who used to fast will enter it, and whoever enters it will never thirst again.” (Sunan Ibn Majah, Book 7, Hadith 1709)

Hadith About Judgement Day

Abu Huraira (RA) reported Allah's Apostle (peace be upon him) as saying: Allah, the Exalted and Glorious, will take in His grip the Earth on the Day of Judgment and He would roll up the sky in His right hand and would say: I am the Lord; where are the sovereigns of the world? (Muslim Book 39, Hadith 6703)

Hadith About Visiting The Sick

It was narrated that ‘Aishah (RA) said: “When the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) came to a sick person, he would make supplication for him, and would say: Adhhibil-bas, Rabban-nas, washfi Antash-Shafi, la shifa’a illa shifa’uka shifa’an la yughadiru saqama (Take away the pain, O Lord of mankind, and grant healing, for You are the Healer, and there is no healing but Your healing that leaves no trace of sickness).’” (Sunan Ibn Majah, Vol. 4, Book 31, Hadith 3520) Did you know there is great reward in store for the one who visits someone who is unwell. 

Hadith About Raising The Hands

It was narrated from Salim (RA) that: His father said: "I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) when he started to pray, raise his hands until they were parallel to his shoulders, (and he did that) when he bowed and when he raised his head from bowing." (Sunan an-Nasa'i, Book 11, Hadith 150)

Hadith about Witr Prayer

Ibn 'Umar (RA) said: A man who lived in the desert asked the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) about the prayer at night. He made a sign with his two fingers-in this way in pairs. The witr consists of one rak'ah towards the end in night. (Sunan Abi Dawud, Book 8, Hadith 6)
